Project Manager – IT (Just Case Program)

About the role

The Just Case program is developing a central case management system for the judicial domain. As a Project Manager you will oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the overall programme roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and allocate resources for one or more projects, tracking dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business units, ICT, and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to governance bodies such as SteerCo and senior management.
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and adherence to agreed deadlines.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and ensure consistency across all projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, and PMO processes.
• Proven ability to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Analytical and structured mindset.
