Project Manager – Industrial Projects (Olen, Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical industrial projects for a global material technology company at its Olen site in Belgium. The role involves managing projects from concept through delivery, covering production facilities, infrastructure and R&D initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables and constraints (budget, schedule) in consultation with the client.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Oversee the technical design of projects and prepare specifications and tender documents.
• Select and manage engineering firms, contractors and other external resources.
• Direct and monitor all internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain continuous client communication, capture change requests and incorporate scope changes when approved.
• Report progress and results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of end‑to‑end project management experience, with full responsibility from pre‑study to execution and delivery.
• Successfully delivered at least five projects ranging from €100 k to €2.5 M.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
