Project Manager – Governance & Transformation Office (Liège)

About the role

Gaming1, a leading international gaming operator, is building a Governance & Transformation Office to bring structure and impact to its IT delivery. As a Project Manager you will own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, turning ambiguous needs into clear, actionable plans while ensuring smooth collaboration between IT and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from scoping through post‑go‑live, maintaining momentum and delivering results.
• Translate complex requirements into clear scope, plans, priorities and schedules.
• Drive execution discipline by tracking tasks, risks, dependencies and ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Identify and mitigate risks early to prevent delivery impact.
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT and business to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Communicate status, risks and priorities transparently to make progress visible.
• Contribute to lean, pragmatic governance practices and continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in IT environments.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving settings and creating structure progressively.
• Strong analytical thinking with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Natural leader and collaborator able to align diverse stakeholders.
• High accountability, follow‑through and clear communication skills.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Project management certifications such as PMI or Prince2 (or equivalent experience).
