Project Manager – Governance & Transformation Office

About the role

We are establishing a Governance & Transformation Office to bring clarity, structure and impact to IT delivery. As a Project Manager you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects, turning ambiguous requirements into clear scopes and ensuring successful implementation in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery from initiation through post‑go‑live, maintaining momentum and achieving results.
• Translate complex or unclear needs into well‑defined scopes, plans and priorities.
• Drive execution discipline by tracking tasks, risks and dependencies and taking proactive corrective actions.
• Align and coordinate stakeholders across IT and business functions to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Make progress visible through clear communication of status, risks and priorities.
• Contribute to building lean, pragmatic governance practices and continuously improve PMO processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in IT environments.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving settings and able to create structure progressively.
• Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (minimum B2).
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
