Project Manager – Governance & Transformation Office

About the role

Gaming1, a leading international gaming operator, is building a Governance & Transformation Office to bring structure and impact to its IT delivery. As a Project Manager you will own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, turning ambiguous needs into clear plans and ensuring smooth execution across IT and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from scoping through post‑go‑live, maintaining momentum and delivering results.
• Translate complex or unclear requirements into well‑defined scope, schedules and priorities.
• Monitor tasks, risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT and business to guarantee alignment and collaboration.
• Provide transparent status updates, highlighting risks and priorities.
• Contribute to lean, pragmatic governance practices and continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Natural leader and collaborator with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Agile delivery methodologies.

• PMI or Prince2 certification (or equivalent experience).
