Project Manager – Energy IT

About the role

Haulogy is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT application projects for clients in the energy sector. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the energy transition objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs in the energy sector and translate them into functional specifications and road‑maps.
• Define retro‑planning, budget distribution and functional organization for each project.
• Lead technical teams (developers, analysts, testers) to deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
• Oversee production, deployment and post‑implementation monitoring.
• Set up monitoring routines, manage technological risks and adjust investments according to project progress.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of project collaborators and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in management, computer engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst in the energy sector or as an IT project manager, preferably in an application environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to view projects both globally and in detail.
• Interest in complex IT environments and the energy transition.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Team player who demonstrates autonomy, initiative and curiosity.
