Project Manager – Electric Bike Motor Development

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of electric bike motor projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will operate in a cross‑matrix environment, ensuring projects stay agile, on schedule, within budget, and meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and create the Project Charter, outlining goals, budget, timeline, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with the Product Architect and Chief Engineer to develop and own the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and approve any changes.
• Coordinate technical teams across hardware, software, manufacturing, and testing, ensuring milestones are met at each quality gate.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the key partner Decathlon.
• Prepare and present project dashboards and KPIs to the Executive Committee.
• Manage changes to specifications, budgets, timelines, and quality parameters.
• Draft, submit, and control project financial plans and handle external contracting discussions.
• Continuously identify and mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and remove bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline (electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
• Proven experience managing complex technical product development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
