Project Manager – Capacity Increase (Industrial Production)

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead and coordinate a capacity‑increase programme within an industrial production environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the project meets safety, regulatory and business objectives while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and capacity targets aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budget tracking tools.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, production, quality, maintenance) and manage interactions with suppliers and contractors.
• Supervise on‑site installation, construction and integration activities, including shutdown coordination.
• Support commissioning, validation and performance testing, ensuring compliance with food‑safety and quality standards.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures and report progress against key milestones.

Required profile

• Master’s level engineering degree or equivalent.
• 7–8 years of experience in industrial project engineering or project management.
• Proven experience in capacity‑increase, revamping or similar industrial projects.
• Background in process or food‑industry environments is an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
