Project Manager – Benelux

About the role

Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager for the Benelux region to lead the delivery of customer installations ranging from small upgrades to large‑scale data centre builds. This hybrid role combines on‑site coordination with remote planning, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project delivery across key customer sites in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Manage planning, installation, start‑up, commissioning, and testing activities.
• Act as Vertiv’s on‑site representative for customers and contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Provide daily progress updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep projects within scope and schedule.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for added value.

Required profile

• Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• 3+ years of experience managing technical or construction projects, preferably in critical infrastructure or data centres.
• Good understanding of AC Power and Thermal systems.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project‑management tools.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Valid driving licence.
