Project Management Officer – Digital & IT CIO Office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer to join the Digital & IT CIO Office of a global energy business unit. In this position you will drive portfolio performance, oversee budget governance and translate complex IT and financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support portfolio and performance management, including reporting and dashboard creation.
• Contribute to budget planning, financial monitoring, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Manage and optimise procurement, purchase order and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.
• Ensure accurate follow‑up of financial and operational processes, including quality‑control activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement and business teams to support strategic decision‑making.
• Drive process harmonisation, governance compliance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a PMO, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex IT and financial information into clear reports and recommendations.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
