Project Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to drive complex IT initiatives in our Ringstation office. The role requires strong multilingual communication, deep knowledge of project management frameworks, and the ability to coordinate technical teams across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI, PMBOK or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with NIS, GDPR, ISO standards and ITIL best practices.
• Manage integration of third‑party solutions and oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and networking specialists, discussing Linux/Windows environments and network architecture.
• Maintain project documentation in Jira and report progress to stakeholders in French, Dutch and English.

Required profile

• Fluent in French or Dutch (C2) and proficient in the other language (B2).
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2).
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe.
• Solid knowledge of PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2, ITIL, NIS, GDPR and ISO standards.
