Project Engineer

About the role

AYES Belgium is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the design of civil works from concept through execution. You will work within an international, agile team, collaborating closely with structural engineers and draftsmen while maintaining direct contact with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects from initial concept to detailed execution studies.
• Collaborate with structural engineers and draftsmen using BIM collaboration procedures.
• Ensure the quality of delivered projects and act as the guardian of project standards.
• Manage project budget, scope, and schedule to meet client expectations.
• Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and maintain direct communication with clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in an engineering office.
• Client‑oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch.

Required skills

• BIM (Building Information Modeling) collaboration.
