Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Engineering department and drive the technical delivery of multidisciplinary projects. You will ensure design coherence, quality and functionality while managing risks and supporting project leaders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Leaders and fellow engineers on the technical aspects of project delivery.
• Participate in all project phases, from feasibility studies and conceptual design to project closure.
• Act as the central technical link between design teams, technical experts and the Project Leader.
• Define and develop project scope and design, conducting technical studies as needed.
• Lead the design team during detailed design, ensuring alignment with scope, quality standards and timelines.
• Monitor progress, provide regular technical updates and reports.
• Identify impacts of new concepts or changes and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Industrial), preferably with a construction focus.
• Strong analytical abilities to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French; working knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
