Project Director – Data Centre Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Project Director to lead large‑scale Data Centre construction projects across the UK, EU, USA and Ireland. Based in Mons, Belgium, you will drive project delivery with precision, ensuring each development meets our high standards of quality, safety and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of Data Centre projects, from inception to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage budgets, schedules and risk registers to deliver projects on time and within cost.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, providing regular progress updates.
• Travel to project sites worldwide as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects, specifically Data Centre builds.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide global teams.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to navigate complex, multi‑site programmes.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project oversight.
