Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Project Coordinator to support a global technology brand in upgrading Belgium's telecom network. The role is based in Brussels and requires fluent Dutch, French and English, as well as proven experience coordinating projects that involve both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all site access requests and related communications.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and manage the dedicated service desk mailbox.
• Liaise with local service providers, site owners, field engineers, dispatch teams, team leaders, and the NOC.
• Support the NOC with Dutch and French communications related to site access and maintenance activities.
• Update and maintain internal databases and systems with accurate information.
• Manage and update trouble tickets, ensuring all relevant information is captured and communicated.
• Coordinate field maintenance activities and guide engineers on site access requirements.
• Utilise internal knowledge bases and operational procedures to resolve requests efficiently.
• Deliver high‑standard customer service while meeting operational SLAs and KPIs.
• Escalate issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution through appropriate channels.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in a telecom or network environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with ticketing systems and operational databases.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced operational setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
