Project Coordinator – EV Charging Rollout

About the role

Powerdot is building a network of electric‑vehicle charging stations that makes charging as easy as plugging in a phone. As a Project Coordinator you will lead the end‑to‑end rollout of these stations, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the deployment of EV charging stations across multiple sites, managing several projects simultaneously.
• Oversee installation partners, monitor daily progress, and resolve bottlenecks in the installation chain.
• Mobilise internal and external resources—including grid operators, engineering firms, suppliers and Powerdot technicians—to accelerate deployment while maintaining safety and quality.
• Coordinate delivery of charging equipment, conduct technical visits and commissioning as needed.
• Streamline internal processes to reduce deployment timelines and project costs.
• Follow up on the operation of stations in service, building strong relationships with key partners.
• Support business development by upselling additional sites within major accounts and collaborating with the sales team on technical visits and implementation plans.
