Project Controller

About the role

Movu Robotics is seeking a Project Controller to provide financial and business analysis for its robotics projects. You will work closely with project managers to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, enabling timely interventions and improved business results.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, evaluate, and update project forecasts, including cash‑flow forecasts, by assessing actual costs, accruals, and work‑in‑progress.
• Monitor project progress and performance throughout all phases, identifying variances and risks.
• Develop and maintain project budgets in collaboration with project managers, ensuring accuracy and addressing inconsistencies.
• Control financial KPIs for assigned projects and take proactive corrective actions.
• Manage month‑end closing, verify inconsistencies, and follow up on monthly provisions (cost & revenue).
• Support project managers in cost control, profitability analysis, and timely invoicing.
• Maintain and file all financial project master data correctly.
• Review project activities for compliance with company standards, financial policies, and revenue‑recognition rules.
• Identify and address potential tax issues related to projects.
