Project & Construction Supervisor – Belgium/Brazil Food Expansion

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project & Construction Supervisor to lead a major expansion of a food production site in Brazil. The role bridges engineering work in Belgium with on‑site execution in Brazil, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor local subcontractors on the Brazilian site.
• Ensure execution aligns with planning, budget, and quality requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders, engineering teams, and execution crews.
• Manage procurement activities, request quotations, and evaluate supplier offers.
• Support engineering tasks such as layout development, IO list preparation, and power requirement verification.
• Provide hands‑on on‑site support during critical execution phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project and construction management within the food industry.
• Fluent Portuguese with strong English and Dutch communication skills.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to alternate presence between Belgium and Brazil throughout the project.
