Program Manager

About the role

craftzing is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large‑scale, strategic programmes for top‑tier clients such as Proximus, BNP and itsme®. You will be responsible for orchestrating multiple related projects, managing dependencies and delivering measurable business benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex programmes from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery of intended benefits.
• Establish and maintain programme governance structures, including steering committees and decision‑making frameworks.
• Develop comprehensive programme plans, identify critical paths, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate programme‑level risks and issues.
• Coordinate multiple project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Manage programme budgets and track benefits realisation.
• Mentor project managers and build organisational delivery capabilities.
• Engage senior stakeholders and maintain strong executive sponsorship.
• Ensure effective change management and business readiness throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of programme management experience, with at least 5 years leading complex business transformation programmes.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence C‑level executives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets over €5M.
• Excellent judgment in decision‑making, risk management and change management.
• Strategic thinker who can also dive deep into details when needed.
• Fluent in Dutch and English at executive level; French is a plus.
