Professional Services Consultant

About the role

Aikido Security is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to own the successful delivery of its developer‑first security platform for customers with complex requirements. You will combine strong technical knowledge with project‑management expertise to ensure customers are live, enabled, and successful.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff through successful delivery.
• Manage scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate technical delivery across the customer, Aikido, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate hardware dependencies where relevant.
• Deliver technical training, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
• Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with enterprise software and APIs.
• Excellent project‑management skills for complex implementations.
• Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, pragmatic, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with high ownership.
