Production Technician – Plastic Molding (2 Shifts)

About the role

Join Baxter's plastic injection molding workshop in Lessines, Belgium, and help produce essential components for medical devices. You will ensure equipment runs smoothly and maintain high product quality while working in a supportive, purpose‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee product quality and proper machine operation.
• Perform technical interventions such as troubleshooting, checks, and documentation.
• Prepare and execute mold and series changes.
• Launch and monitor production after each change.
• Maintain a clean workplace following the 5S methodology.
• Support operators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize production supervision tools effectively.

Required profile

• Technical training (A2 level or higher) in electromechanics, general mechanics or automotive.
• First experience in production or maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics or hydraulics.
• Good command of French.
• Rigorous, motivated, team‑oriented and respectful of procedures.
