Production Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this position you will be responsible for operating reactors and related equipment, handling product filling and transfer, and ensuring all activities follow strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load and operate reactors and associated devices safely and efficiently.
• Fill and transfer products according to production specifications.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and administrative records.
• Continuously monitor safety, productivity, orderliness, and cleanliness on the shop floor.
• Participate in the internal emergency response team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while also collaborating well within a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Dutch; basic English and computer skills are required.
• Relevant experience in a production environment is a plus.
