Product Project Manager (Equipment & Infrastructure Projects)

About the role

The Product Project Manager is responsible for delivering equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. This role balances autonomy with adherence to standard functional practices and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small‑to‑medium sized non‑turnkey or product/equipment‑only projects.
• Manage project resources directly or indirectly, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Maintain profit & loss accountability and monitor project financial performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project work with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within equipment or infrastructure domains.
• Ability to develop in‑depth technical knowledge of the product discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and judgment, with the capacity to propose solutions under guidance.
• Effective interpersonal skills to provide informal guidance to team members and, where applicable, to hire and develop talent.
