Product Owner - AI

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with 5‑10 years of experience to lead AI‑related projects for banking and financial services clients. The role involves shaping AI solutions such as virtual assistants, autonomous agents, and speech‑to‑text systems while driving product strategy and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee products around virtual assistants, autonomous agents, speech‑to‑text and related AI technologies.
• Clarify functional specifications using agile methodology and maintain a robust backlog aligned with business strategy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high‑value products.
• Develop and communicate a compelling three‑year product vision.
• Lead squads of 6‑10 data scientists, ML engineers and UX/UI designers, reporting to the Cluster Product Owner.
• Identify product dependencies, resolve roadblocks and ensure continuous planning.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters to keep delivery on track.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Extensive background in banking or FinTech environments.
• Proven ability to deploy and scale AI solutions such as chatbots, virtual assistants and speech‑to‑text.
• Strategic thinking for designing and building product roadmaps.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work independently and autonomously.
