Product Manager – Healthcare & Dermocosmetics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to shape the product and marketing strategy for our dermocosmetic portfolio. You will translate global ambitions into actionable plans, ensuring successful launches and sustained growth in the healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product marketing strategy aligned with subsidiary and Group goals.
• Develop product positioning, launch plans, and growth strategies for new offerings.
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to guide decisions.
• Create and adapt medical, scientific, and promotional materials for healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, regulatory, supply chain) to guarantee product availability and plan execution.
• Monitor product performance, manage marketing budget, and adjust tactics based on KPIs and market developments.
• Serve as the internal and external expert on product and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the dermocosmetic sector.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into impactful communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Independent, organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with very good English proficiency.
• Genuine interest in the healthcare sector and desire to grow in a fast‑changing environment.
