Product Manager - B2B SaaS Ventures

About the role

Entourage is an integrated venture studio that builds and funds the next generation of B2B SaaS companies, combining a Venture Studio (Entourage Studio) with a Venture Capital fund (Entourage Capital). It is looking for a Product Manager to guide its ventures from ideation to market success, with a focus on technical excellence and innovation. The workplace is on site in Ghent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear vision for prototype and portfolio companies, turning complex technical concepts into product strategies that meet market needs.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritising features and functionalities aligned with strategic goals and customer demand.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing teams to ensure smooth development and launch, acting as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the B2B SaaS space.
• Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and feed it into product improvements and new features.

Required profile

• Experience working at a tech startup.
• Creative and strategic thinker with software product development experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing and running successful marketing campaigns and events.
• Strong communication (English) and leadership skills; thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
