Product Designer – UI/UX

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and shape the user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers and engineering to deliver high‑quality, responsive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in every stage of the product design cycle, from discovery to user acceptance testing.
• Lead design discussions with BAs, product managers and tech teams.
• Maintain design quality and ensure accurate hand‑off to developers.
• Estimate design effort during sprint planning.
• Facilitate sketching sessions with cross‑functional participants.
• Create and maintain pattern libraries.
• Design pixel‑perfect, responsive UI components using established interface patterns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Proven experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
