Product Designer

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Product Designer to join its multidisciplinary team and shape intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences. You will work across web and mobile projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and marketers to translate user needs and business goals into impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to high‑fidelity delivery.
• Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of findings.
• Transform insights and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints with cross‑functional teams.
• Present design concepts, research outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Advocate for user‑centered design practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, or Visual Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating either research projects, visual design work, or both.
• Ability to work effectively in agile, cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and user‑centered design methodologies.
• For research‑focused candidates: expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and insight generation.
• For visual‑focused candidates: strong visual design, typography, layout, branding, and design‑system skills.
