Product Designer II

About the role

Sinch is looking for a Product Designer II to shape the future of its Conversational AI platform. You will design and evolve chatbot and AI experiences across Chatlayer core, bot templates, and campaign creation, helping to define the next‑generation bot builder with LLM‑powered assistants and knowledge‑base integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for the assigned product area, from problem framing to production‑ready deliverables.
• Drive discovery workshops with product managers and engineers to ensure the right problems are being solved.
• Raise the design craft through thoughtful interactions, visuals, microcopy and edge‑case handling.
• Use research and data to validate assumptions and inform design decisions.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, improving consistency, accessibility and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with a fast‑moving, cross‑functional team.

Required profile

• Experience designing B2B SaaS products, preferably in self‑serve or product‑led environments.
• Strong design craft across layout, typography, interaction and visual systems, with a clear point of view.
• Comfortable owning the full design process from discovery to delivery.
• Outcome‑driven mindset focused on impact rather than output.
• Clear communicator and strong collaborator with product managers and engineers.
• Portfolio that demonstrates problem framing, trade‑off decisions and solution delivery.

Required skills

• Fluent in Figma.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design workflows (nice to have).
• Exposure to email platforms, messaging products or developer tools (nice to have).
