Procurement Project Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Project Lead to drive end‑to‑end sourcing for high‑value packages on a major construction project. The role works within a collaborative CAPEX procurement model and partners closely with engineering and category management teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage sourcing activities for construction works and process equipment packages.
• Define sourcing strategies aligned with project requirements and category plans.
• Execute full RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, manage bidder lists and supplier selection.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, benchmarking and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Drive negotiations, finalize contracts and protect project risk.
• Monitor supplier performance, handle change orders, claims and contract amendments during execution.
• Provide regular procurement status updates and risk reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, including contract negotiation and management.
• Proven track record managing CAPEX projects.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented with strong ability to handle parallel packages.
