Procurement & Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement & Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end procurement, expediting and logistics functions for complex industrial projects. You will ensure that materials and services arrive on schedule, within budget and meet the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute delivery strategies covering procurement, expediting and logistics.
• Lead a team of Project Procurement Buyers, set KPIs, coach and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure supplier compliance with contracts, negotiate terms and resolve performance issues.
• Monitor supplier production progress, inspection plans and contractual milestones to avoid disruptions.
• Oversee international logistics, customs compliance and implement corrective actions for delivery delays.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Construction, Project Management and Production teams and report delivery performance to governance stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial procurement and project execution, preferably in EPC or large‑scale industrial environments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP.
• Familiarity with logistics tracking systems.
