Process Owner Procurement

About the role

The client, a major European electricity transmission system operator, is seeking a Process Owner Procurement to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of key procurement processes and tools. The role is based in Brussels and operates on a hybrid schedule, with two days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve assigned procurement processes and tools, including the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process.
• Ensure efficient, effective process adoption across the organisation and alignment with business strategy.
• Lead procurement projects and drive transversal initiatives both within and beyond the Procurement function.
• Produce process performance reporting, KPIs and dashboards.
• Deliver training on processes to users and manage stakeholder communication across multiple functions.
• Guarantee that processes meet risk and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in procurement, business, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Eligibility to work in Belgium/EU; non‑EU candidates must hold a valid Belgian work permit and residence permit.
