Process Engineer

About the role

SciPharm, a leader in implantable infusion products, is expanding its manufacturing team and seeks its first Process Engineer. You will drive continuous improvement of in‑house production processes and support validation activities within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead improvements to manufacturing processes.
• Implement DMAIC projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Support process validation and related documentation.
• Supervise a team of local operators and ensure compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process control within the life‑sciences sector.
• Proven ability to lead DMAIC or Lean projects.
• Six Sigma qualification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt).
• Experience working under ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
