Private Jets Sales Consultant – €52k + Uncapped Commission

About the role

As a Private Jets Sales Consultant you will act as the liaison between high‑net‑worth clients and aircraft operators, managing the full sales cycle for private jet charters worldwide. You will receive mentorship during the first six months to learn the intricacies of the industry and develop a strong sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange private jet charters for corporate meetings, leisure trips and special events.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales list of high‑net‑worth individuals and their representatives.
• Guide clients through the charter process, ensuring seamless execution from booking to flight.
• Collaborate with operators to secure aircraft availability and optimal pricing.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role within luxury products or services.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn the aviation charter industry.
• Resilient, able to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently, often at short notice.
• Full driver’s licence.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
