About the role
Cargill is seeking a Pricing Manager for its Gourmet portfolio within the Food Enterprise. The role focuses on developing and executing pricing strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics, supporting key customer proposals and driving value‑based pricing across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Implement end‑to‑end strategic pricing operations, including price setting, governance, and tool maintenance.
- Maintain and evolve pricing science, data models, and analytical tools.
- Lead the pricing component of mid‑to‑large customer RFP processes, ensuring market dynamics and value‑based principles are applied.
- Educate and influence stakeholders on market conditions, economic value assessments, and pricing strategies through analysis and strategic communication.
- Support change‑management initiatives to embed a value‑based pricing culture.
- Independently resolve moderately complex pricing issues, escalating when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Additional qualifications may apply.
