Plant Manager - Packaging

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our packaging production facility in Ghent. The role involves overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage plant budget, production schedules and inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Analyze production costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Examine processes and design plans to optimise resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of plant or production management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in packaging or plastics production (preferred).
