Planner – Large‑Scale Data Center Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planner (or Senior Planner) to support large‑scale data‑center construction projects across Belgium and Europe. The role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in complex construction or industrial projects and advanced expertise in Primavera P6. You will be central to project controls, schedule management, and progress tracking in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, delays and critical‑path impacts.
• Produce regular progress reports, dashboards and recovery plans.
• Interface closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, subcontractors and clients.
• Support resource loading, forecasting and sequencing activities.
• Participate in progress meetings and planning workshops.
• Ensure planning standards and project‑control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner on large construction or industrial projects.
• Strong experience in data‑center, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission‑critical sectors is highly valued.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage complex multi‑disciplinary schedules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an international project environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
