Patient Engagement Operations Coordinator

About the role

You will coordinate the practical delivery of global patient engagement activities from request to completion. You will help manage contracts, consent, payments, meetings and project follow‑up, while ensuring activities move efficiently through the right legal, ethical, financial and medical reviews. You will also support projects that improve how the team works and help ensure every activity is organised with patients’ needs in mind.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts, consent and payments for patients, patient organisations, vendors and other partners.
• Organise meetings, workshops and patient advisory boards, handling logistics, agendas, documentation and follow‑up.
• Track project plans, actions, timelines and risks, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Guide activity owners through internal legal, compliance, finance and medical review processes.
• Maintain team collaboration spaces, records and materials to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Help improve processes, tools and ways of working across patient engagement activities.
• Coordinate and guide other team members as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, life sciences, healthcare or a related field.
• At least two years’ experience in project coordination, medical operations, executive support or a related role, ideally in life sciences.
• Experience coordinating work across international and cross‑functional teams with multiple deadlines and complex deliverables.
• Understanding of contracts, payments, documentation and compliance processes in a regulated environment.
• Strong organisation, communication and follow‑up skills, with confidence to work with varied internal and external partners.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Respectful, inclusive and patient‑focused attitude with attention to detail and sound judgement.
