About the role

Our client, a leading global player in semiconductor and nanotechnology research, is seeking a temporary Sales Contract Assistant. This part‑time position supports vendor onboarding and contract administration, ensuring smooth registration of the company on customer portals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for vendor onboarding, including completion and management of vendor forms.
• Ensure accurate registration of the company on customer portals in line with internal guidelines.
• Coordinate complex questionnaires by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding or registration challenges proactively.
• Maintain clear internal communication with company stakeholders regarding onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using various digital tools.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and accurate in administrative tasks.
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment and evolving processes.
• Proactive, solution‑driven, and resourceful in problem‑solving.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
