Paralegal & Sales Support Officer – Real Estate Developer

About the role

Our client, a real estate developer based in Brussels, is seeking a Paralegal and Sales Support Officer. The role sits at the intersection of legal affairs, residential sales operations, corporate governance, and executive support, acting as a trusted partner to senior management and key internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level executive support to senior management and the legal team.
• Coordinate legal matters, including interaction with legal counsels, notaries, and external advisors.
• Support residential sales operations and commercial administration tasks.
• Assist with corporate governance documentation and reporting.
• Liaise daily with project development teams, finance professionals, sales representatives, and clients.

Required profile

• Highly organized and business‑oriented.
• Fluent Dutch speaker.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with senior executives and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
