Paid Media Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Paid Media Specialist you will design, launch and optimise paid media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement for a portfolio of iconic lingerie and retail brands across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand and business objectives into concrete paid‑media plans, defining audiences, channels, formats and budget allocations.
• Develop and diversify the digital channel mix, proposing new tactics, formats and platforms based on research and benchmarking.
• Plan, set‑up, execute and continuously optimise campaigns across Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest and other programmatic channels.
• Monitor daily performance dashboards, re‑allocate spend across countries, brands and channels to maximise ROI.
• Measure and analyse campaign KPIs, manage budgets and produce performance reports with actionable recommendations using PowerBI and platform dashboards.
• Collaborate with brand managers, communication, PR and performance teams, and manage the external media agency and key platform accounts.

Required profile

• Higher degree in Marketing, Business or Communication or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing digital paid‑media campaigns with a strong focus on programmatic advertising and media buying.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPI data and turn insights into optimisation actions.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑market budgets and provide clear spend recommendations.
• Ownership mindset, able to prepare, monitor and act on campaigns independently while aligning with senior brand managers.
