Outlet Merchandising Intern

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as an Outlet Merchandising Intern and support the outlet team in shaping seasonal assortments. You will gain hands‑on experience in retail merchandising, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration within a global denim brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the seasonal assortment process from briefing to in‑season management.
• Build and maintain sell‑in and sell‑through tools tailored to the outlet business.
• Analyze performance results (sell‑out, assortment trends, store performance) and create visual reports.
• Assist in organizing outlet range plans, product presentations, and internal meetings.
• Prepare product training materials and merchandising downloads for outlet teams.
• Learn and use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Assortify, and internal merchandising systems.
• Conduct competitive benchmark assessments for the outlet channel.
• Support the broader merchandising team across categories and channels.
• Analyze excess stock flows and their impact on the outlet channel.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Fashion, Retail, Marketing or related field, or graduated within the last year.
• Passion for fashion and interest in outlet merchandising.
• Strong communication skills with cross‑functional partners.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and familiarity with Adobe tools.
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player, flexible and adaptable.

• Monthly compensation of €1,200 for locally based interns and €1,300 for relocating interns.
