OT/IT Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer who will bridge the gap between IT and Operational Technology (OT). The specialist will ensure our industrial products meet the latest cybersecurity regulations, including the Cyber Resilience Act, while working closely with engineering, software, hardware, product management, and validation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and support the implementation of cybersecurity requirements for industrial products and systems.
• Align product development with the Cyber Resilience Act and internal security standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, recommend mitigation measures, and oversee vulnerability remediation.
• Review and design security architectures for SCADA, PLCs, MES, industrial networks, firewalls, and remote‑access solutions.
• Promote secure‑by‑design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as the cybersecurity focal point across Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Compliance, and Operations.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, track action plans, and support governance reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Automation, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or critical‑infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence challenges and architectures.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without direct authority.
