Organic Social Media Manager

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a passionate Organic Social Media Manager to shape its global voice. You will own the organic social strategy, create AI‑driven content at scale, and grow engaged health‑focused communities across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define Alan’s social voice, creative direction and platform‑specific frameworks for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Coordinate with Brand, Product Marketing and Growth to embed social into product launches, campaigns and events.
• Bridge organic and paid efforts on Meta and YouTube to maximise reach and consistency.
• Align editorial pillars with each country team and set measurement frameworks (followers, UTM tracking, brand awareness surveys, social listening).
• Own end‑to‑end execution of the France organic strategy while respecting global guidelines.
• Design and operate an AI‑powered content production engine using LLMs, image‑generation and video‑automation tools to increase output without proportional headcount growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing organic social strategies for B2C or health‑related brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs and report performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus for the France market.
• Creative thinker who can translate complex health topics into engaging social content.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI content generation tools (LLMs, image‑generation, video‑automation).
• Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, UTM tracking and social listening platforms.
