Order Management & Customer Support Officer

About the role

Join an international medical company as an Order Management & Customer Support Officer. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining CRM data and delivering high‑quality service to customers in a fast‑moving, detail‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check and process customer orders using the internal CRM system
• Update order information and ensure accurate data registration
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, service‑oriented manner
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee smooth order processing
• Follow up on outgoing orders, product availability and related documentation
• Maintain CRM data for full traceability of products and files
• Support documentation and improvement of order management procedures
• Handle administrative follow‑up linked to customer service and operations

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of English; additional European languages are a strong asset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background
• Approximately 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support or operations role
• Strong eye for detail and ability to stay organized under pressure
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
• Genuine interest in delivering high‑quality customer service
• Flexibility to work full‑time from the office during the training period
