Oral Care Category Communications Manager – France & Benelux

About the role

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Communications Manager to lead oral care category communications across France and the Benelux region. Based at the Brussels Innovation Center, you will shape brand narratives, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive insight‑based activation.

Key responsibilities

• Own social listening and insight activation, aligning local content with regional strategy and toolkits.
• Manage brand communications, issue management, executive and employee communications, and public affairs.
• Identify and engage influencers, media, brand ambassadors, industry bodies, dental and health professionals.
• Oversee local PR and digital agencies, ensuring integration of insights into all activations.
• Analyze and report KPI performance monthly, addressing gaps and local topics.
• Lead the planning and execution of brand PR events.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and Dutch; intermediate English.
• Master’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in communications within a company or agency.
