Ops Process Operator

About the role

Join our Operations team in Ghent as an Ops Process Operator, supporting the production of life‑saving therapies in a leading biotechnology environment. You will receive comprehensive training in aseptic and GMP practices before contributing to daily manufacturing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aseptic and manual production steps in cleanroom grades A, B, C, and D.
• Execute processes such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing of therapeutic products.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean equipment and work areas according to strict protocols.
• Support transitions between production zones and ensure thorough disinfection of materials.
• Collaborate with operators and team leaders to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Required profile

• Graduates or Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical, biotechnological sciences or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communicator and team player.
