About the role
The Operations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the company’s assistant and will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple functions. Based in Brussels, you will liaise with suppliers, manage budgets, support HR onboarding, and serve as the go‑to person for IT and facilities matters.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the company’s assistant and internal teams.
- Maintain relationships with all external suppliers and manage procurement processes.
- Oversee budget planning, tracking and reporting.
- Lead HR onboarding activities and act as the main employee liaison.
- Coordinate IT support and act as the primary contact for technology issues.
- Ensure the office environment runs efficiently, including facilities coordination and general office management.
- Handle additional operational tasks as needed to support business continuity.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Operations Manager.
- Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
- Comfortable working with IT systems and software tools.
- Strong leadership, people‑management and change‑management capabilities.
