About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to drive efficiency, process optimisation and business performance within our Talent Services unit. You will act as the bridge between teams, streamline collaboration and turn data‑driven insights into actionable improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify friction points in daily operations and implement scalable solutions.
- Analyse, optimise and refine processes and tooling together with the Operational Excellence team.
- Audit existing workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, benchmarks and margins.
- Track and analyse KPIs, translate operational data into insights for leadership, and prepare reporting for local and global stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning through accurate forecasting and performance analysis.
- Assist Project Managers on staffing‑impacting projects, ensuring resources and budgets align with priorities.
- Lead the “supop” team, guide operational transitions and coordinate cross‑team requests.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in talent delivery, staffing or talent solutions.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop teams.
- Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of industry trends, best practices and compliance requirements in talent solutions.
