Operations Manager – Homologation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager to join our homologation team on a long‑term assignment through Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing. In this role you will act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring that daily activities are well‑organized, priorities are clear, and deliverables are achieved on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan the day‑to‑day activities of the homologation team.
• Set priorities, monitor progress and guarantee timely delivery of outputs.
• Serve as the main liaison between the team and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor quality, compliance and adherence to deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.
• Provide hands‑on expertise to support the team when needed.
• Report on progress, risks and key results.
• Contribute input for performance evaluations in collaboration with management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational coordination or a team‑lead role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in homologation, automotive or another regulated sector is a strong asset.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
